Shipping

We currently ship to both New Zealand and Australia using both NZ Post and Aramex.​

Product Care

We do not recommend putting any products in the washing machine but to instead clean using a damp cloth to remove any marks or stains. 

​Do not tumble dry or hang in direct sunlight.​ ​​

Refund Policy

We have a 7 day refund/exchange policy which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange your item. 

Please ensure that your item is in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.

To start a return/exchange please contact us via threadandthimble.nz@gmail.com or through instagram message. If your return is accepted, you will be required to send the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend to always track your items as we will not be responsible for any lost returns if they are not tracked. Items sent back without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not refund for change of mind. Please choose products carefully.

Damages / Issues

Please contact us immediately upon receiving items if there is any damage or the wrong items have been received so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you. We will then organise collection from your address at no additional cost. Once we receive the original product, you will be sent out a replacement. 

Please note: If the order has been custom made, please allow some time for the recreation of said product. Time frame will be advised on a case by case basis.​​
